Come on girls, A couple of months of working out and eating right isn’t as hard as going through life miserable, unconfident, self conscious, and fat. We can do this! Day four of the 30 day shred, and I didn’t stop! I got through all of the push-ups and all of the bicycle crunches. I’m endlessly happy :) It gets easier every day.
